Unfortunately, the WiFi access is limited to the pool area, which can be quite inconvenient. The breakfast lacked variety and was not very satisfying, while the room's air conditioning units are aging, resulting in less effectiveness. the inconsistency with the food quality and serving time at the restaurant detracted from the experience, as it often took too long to receive orders. the layout of beds in some rooms might be uncomfortable, as they combine two smaller beds instead of offering a proper double.

The beach was stunning, and the swimming pool was a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. I traveled with a group and appreciated the nice breakfast buffet each morning. it really kickstarted our days. we found the food prices quite steep, and sometimes we opted to catch a tuk-tuk to dine out instead. the beautiful surroundings made our stay enjoyable despite a few hiccups.

We had a fantastic 4-night stay in a Deluxe Double or Twin Room. The beach right outside is gorgeous, and swimming in the calm water was a highlight for the family. Each day started wonderfully with a varied breakfast buffet, and the staff were attentive and went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect.

The restaurant prices were a bit high.

Upgraded to a deluxe room with a stunning view of the pool. The room felt spacious with a comfy bed and ample storage. Appreciated the large pool, great for swimming laps with plenty of shade to relax afterward. Location at the quieter end of Nilaveli gave a chilled beach vibe. The clear, calm water was perfect for swimming. Breakfast buffet amazed us with its variety of Western and Sri Lankan dishes. Only hiccup was the limited options in the beach cafe for a la carte dining, especially for dietary restrictions. Some prices in the restaurant felt high, leading us to dine out for lunch and dinner occasionally. The overall service was commendable, but the staff's responsiveness to calls needed improvement. A segment of the pool appeared to need maintenance. Enjoyed the extras like pool towels and the ability to use facilities post-check-out.

the hotel was real chill with a nice pool for layin back, and the beach was super peaceful and not crowded at all. our delux room had an amazin view of the pool and was really spacious with a comfy bed. the food was delish and prices were fair, def recommend the tuna! the staff were so friendly and always made us feel welcomed. really loved how clear the water was, perfect for jumpin in!

my stay at nilaveli exceeded my expectations. the beachfront room had stunning ocean views and a lovely ambiance. the food was fantastic, especially the breakfast buffet with a great variety.
